The Perfect Peach - 22lbs

The first 3 peaches I tried to eat were mushy and soft. The next several were sour and tart, I could not eat them. I did give them away to friends and family with warning that they are sour. I tried one this morning yep tart. It’s my understanding this order is a different kind of peach than my first order a month earlier. My first order peaches were the sweetest peaches I have ever had. This last order I can not eat.

I was looking forward to getting peaches this year after trying them last year from a friend and being so impressed. The box I picked up did not have ripe peaches and they continued to be dry and not ripen well over the last couple of weeks, keeping some in the fridge and some out on the counter, hoping they would ripen well with time. Unfortunately that was not the case and have had to throw away many of them.
